It seems Chinese automakers have finally stopped making mere cars. While some are debating how many screens a cabin should have, Li Auto decided to go further, transforming its L6 crossover into a true rolling home. No, we’re not saying they put a mattress in the trunk and called it a camper. For the L6, they introduced a full suite of signature accessories that turns a standard family crossover into a mini-apartment for travel.

The main feature is the huge double bed. The front seats fold down, the back row also unfolds almost into a flat floor, and a special inflatable mattress is placed on top. This creates a full-sized sleeping area nearly two meters long. So, you can spend the night together without acrobatics or fighting over every inch. A folding table, refrigerator, organizers, mosquito nets on the windows, privacy curtains, and a projector with a screen have been added to the bed area. You can park on the lake shore, cook dinner, and set up a cinema with a view of the sunset. If the neighbors in the parking lot start to envy you—that’s their problem.

Not long ago, people bought cars just to get to work. Then, cars emerged where you could play video games, hold video conferences, and get a back massage. Now, the trend is moving toward a full-fledged bedroom. We’re just waiting for the version with a shower cabin.
The Li Auto L6 itself suits this lifestyle quite well. It is a large hybrid crossover, nearly 4.93 meters long, featuring a spacious interior and high ceilings. Its range exceeds one thousand kilometers, and the electric mode allows you to park quietly outdoors while powering the air conditioning, refrigerator, and all other electronics.
