Media Concept
GIVE ME YOUR MANIC—a beauty media platform dedicated to manicures that helps women choose nail designs, navigate trends, and find the perfect technician for their needs. Many women open Pinterest before a manicure appointment, saving dozens of photos, but still can’t decide on a design. Others know exactly what they want but worry the technician won’t be able to replicate the reference image, resulting in a final look that differs from the photo. GIVE ME YOUR MANIC helps solve both of these problems. Instead of endlessly scrolling through pictures, users receive clear design collections, recommendations tailored to nail length and shape, ready-to-use references for the technician, and tips for choosing a specialist. The project’s core idea is not just to showcase beautiful manicures, but to help achieve precisely the result you envision.

Data Sources for Media
Visual platforms, social networks, professional communities, and master search services are used for the project.
Visual Platforms. Pinterest and Instagram are utilized to source current designs, color palettes, seasonal trends, and references. Behance is used for discovering interesting visual solutions and presentation layouts.
Social Networks and Professional Communities. Telegram, VK, and TikTok help track trending designs, audience reactions, new techniques, and the work of professionals. Professional accounts belonging to nail artists and studios are also employed.
Master Search Services. Profi.ru, Yandex Maps, 2GIS, and Polka are used to find specialists, verify addresses, check service costs, reviews, ratings, and portfolios.
Professional Sources. Nail brands, such as OPI, CND, and UNO, are monitored for new gel polish collections, materials, shades, and technologies.
Audience Feedback. Polls, comments, and suggestions from Telegram subscribers help determine which designs are in demand, what issues arise when selecting a professional, and what topics should be covered in future posts.
Data diagram with human and machine processing segregation
At the core of media is a blended system: automated services gather and systematize information, while the editor verifies it, selects the best materials, and is responsible for the quality of publications.
Machine Processing
- Information Collection. Feedly, RSS, and Make track updates across selected websites, Telegram channels, and social media. The system gathers design photos, master portfolios, information on trends, and new materials.2. Primary Processing. ChatGPT analyzes publication texts, extracting design names, colors, shapes, and manicure techniques. It also determines the theme and suggests the appropriate category.3. Sorting. Materials are categorized under headings: «Trends, ” „What to Choose? , ” „GIVE ME YOUR MANIC, ” „Find a Master, ” and „At-Home Manicure.“4. Data Storage. Airtable is used to store references, links to original sources, information about masters, pricing, reviews, and publication statuses.5. Content Preparation. ChatGPT suggests headlines, design descriptions, collection ideas, and draft posts. Automation also assists in preparing posts for placement in Telegram.
Human Processing

The editor selects the most compelling designs, verifies current trends, and checks the accuracy of the information. They assess how well a design fits the stated category—for instance, short nails, minimalism, or bold manicure.
When collaborating with nail artists, the editor reviews portfolios, customer reviews, pricing, and booking policies. The editor also independently formulates recommendations and answers audience questions.
Before publication, photographs, authorship, image quality, and textual alignment with the project concept are all reviewed. A human always makes the final decision regarding publication.
Guidelines for Automated Services in the Scheme
- Feedly — source monitoring.
Create thematic folders: Nail Trends, Nail Artists, Nail Design, Beauty News. The service tracks new publications and forwards links to interesting materials into the central system.
- Make — process automation.
Configure the transfer of new publications from RSS and other available sources into Airtable. When new material appears, the system checks for duplicates, creates a record, and sends a notification to the editor.
- Airtable — information storage.
For each piece of content, designate fields: title, source link, image, color, nail shape, length, technique, category, date added, and review status. For nail technicians, separately store city, specialization, portfolio, pricing, and contact information.
- ChatGPT — intelligent processing.
AI is used to determine the themes of the designs, categorize them, create descriptions, prepare headlines, and analyze recurring audience queries.

Tone of Voice — friendly, contemporary, slightly emotive, and free of overly technical jargon. Copy must be concise, valuable, and specific. Avoid pushy advertising and unsubstantiated claims.

Use high-quality photographs with excellent nail detail, natural lighting, and a clean composition. The primary media palette should be red, burgundy, wine, milky, and pink. Images must be aesthetic and align with the publication’s theme. Third-party photographs may only be used if proper rights or author permission are secured.
The automated system must not publish unverified master recommendations, pricing, or reviews independently. Before posting, an editor verifies the information, the authorship of the images, and the links. Only after approval is the material sent to Telegram.
GIVE ME YOUR MANICURE — a media and service platform dedicated to nail art that guides individuals from the mindset of «I have no idea what I want» to a specific design and a suitable nail technician.
