

In the vastness of Oceania, where the vast skies stretch beyond the horizon and merge seamlessly with the expanse of the sea, the art of light unfolds in a dance as ancient as time and as modern as the future we are entering, as the future we are entering.
In my research, I explore how Oceania’s unique natural light, including phenomena such as the southern lights and the region’s characteristic sunlight, has influenced local art.

At the heart of the book is the duality of the definition of reflection — both literal reflected light and the manifestation of inner emotions. This symbolism is deeply intertwined with Oceania’s light art, illustrating the interconnectedness of the physical and emotional world within a culture.
