COMPOSTION FOR THE LIGHT OF LIGHT IN HATCHINE

The waltz, which appeared in Russia in the early 19th century, was first met with awe and even a ban by the emperors, but quickly gained popularity and became an integral part of the life of the light.

The game inspired by my project isn’t physical, it’s social, and it’s expressed through a waltz. In the process of dancing, the pairs move around their axis and in a circle, which is reflected in the shape of my object. I think the movement is elusive, it can’t be captured, and so I want to transmit its memory through the light — an equally elusive and fast-moving phenomenon.
