Concept
VIEWPORT is a media space where newcomers to 3D graphics can find a clear path to their first job. We break down the real pipeline—from software selection to presenting the final project to a client.
Our main goal is to help emerging artists overcome the «imposter syndrome» and the chaos of learning. We take complex technical stages and break them down into simple steps, demonstrating exactly how the industry workflow operates.
The format is a regular Telegram channel with a dense flow of value (eight posts per month). Our Unique Selling Proposition (USP): every action we take is geared toward building a portfolio. We provide not just theory, but concrete algorithms that help you move forward without burnout.
Our audience consists of those who are tired of learning blindly: design students looking to build a foundation; graduates of expensive courses who lack practical experience; 2D specialists looking to master 3D volumes; and freelancers ready to take on their first gigs without fear of underpricing themselves.
Amidst the competition, we stand out due to our systemic approach. Large public groups are flooded with ready-made assets, while international YouTube channels are difficult to structure effectively. Paid schools provide a foundation but disconnect students from the real needs of clients. VIEWPORT, however, connects education and practice while building a community.

Data Sources for Media
Internal Sources:
1) Community Chat: subscriber questions, «before/after» case studies, and portfolio review requests.
2) Analysis of Own Publications: view statistics, saves, and link clicks (this helps determine which topics resonate best).
3) Author/Editorial Expertise: personal experience, error analysis, and recorded screencasts and tutorials.
External Resources:
1) Job and Freelance Platforms: hh.ru, ArtStation Jobs, Kwork, Telegram channels with job listings (for the «Entry-Level Jobs» section).
2) Official Software Blogs: Updates from Blender, Autodesk, Substance (for news and deep dives on new features).
3) Trends and References: ArtStation, Pinterest, Behance (for visual inspiration and understanding what is currently relevant in the industry).
Data Schema (Human and Machine Processing)
Stage 1. Data Collection (Machine Processing)1) Automated parsers collect new job listings from hh.ru and ArtStation Jobs based on keywords (Junior, 3D Artist, Modeler).2) RSS aggregators and bots monitor updates on software developer websites (Blender, Adobe).3) Telegram bots collect the most frequent questions from the chat (for example, using keywords such as «not working» or «how to do»).
Stage 2. Filtering and Selection (Human Curation)1) The editor/author manually filters out irrelevant listings (e.g., those requiring three years of experience or offering no salary).2) Selecting Relevant Topics: A human decides which question from the chat warrants a dedicated post and which can be disregarded.3) Fact-Checking: Verifying the accuracy of the bot’s information regarding software updates.
Stage 3. Content Creation (Hybrid Processing)1) Machine: generates card drafts (e.g., based on a template), creates basic layouts, translates English articles, and generates background images for posts.2) Human: writes copy, adapts it to the Tone of Voice (vibrant, accessible), creates screencasts, and conducts Portfolio Reviews.
Phase 4. Publishing and Analytics (Machine Processing)1) Bots automatically publish posts to Telegram according to a schedule.2) Analytics systems gather engagement data (views) for subsequent refinement of the content plan.
Guidelines for Automated Services in the Scheme
Tone of Voice (ToV) for AI Generation:
1) Avoid robotic phrasing (e.g., «In this article, we will consider…»).
2) The tone must be friendly yet expert—like a senior colleague, not a textbook.
Fact-Checking Guidelines:1) Any fact, figure, or technical instruction generated by AI must be verified by a human before publication.2) If a bot scrapes a job listing, a human must verify whether it is current (i.e., not closed).
Visual Guidelines (for auto-generating covers):
1) Strict adherence to the 1920×1080 resolution (16:9).
2) Use of a unified color palette.
3) Do not leave AI-generated text on images (it often contains errors)—text will be overlaid by the layout artist/human.
Privacy and Parsing Ethics:1) Bots are prohibited from collecting or publishing personal data from chats (names, contacts) without permission.2) When posting job openings, the original source (a link to the original) must always be cited.
