I give stories a second turn through my own independent interpretation, creating a typographic form that allows readers to engage with the text not only on a narrative level, but also through a deeper, non-verbal visual experience.I would love to work on socially engaged and cultural publishing projects with independent cultural institutions and publishing houses.

concept plot «…Forget Herostrat!» is the tragicomedy of Gregory Gorin about a vain merchant from Ephesus, who burned the temple of Artemis for glory in the 4th century BC. The plot revolves around a trial: Herostrath tries to entrench his name in history by manipulating society, while Judge Cleon tries to condemn him but falls into an arsonist’s fame trap.2 levels of perception — The conflict of good and evil, one of the foundations that convey myths and stories that over centuries have become almost mythical. Polar character dispute — the archon Cleo and Herostrot, who caused people grief. — Criticism of the sharing of power and, more generally, of those in power. Methods of their accession to power, reaction to the people, Number of crimes.first level of perception In the play, quite characteristic characters who acquired certain typographical data, depending on the side and degree of influence. Thus, the play synthesizes itself in a completely biological way, emphasizing character traits and creating a unique dynamic visual structure of conflict. Also, with the passage in the play, hints appear to the second level of perception — a replica by Herostrat is equated to historical personalities. From the minimum number at the beginning, to the more numerous at the end.second level of perception The name «Herostrat» became colorless. The story is cyclical, the plot of events of the play has been repeated in world history thousands of times — dictators, bandits, cruel and unprincipled people are found in history textbooks thousands of times, starting from 365 BC.  e. continuing 1972 and current events. In the book are located recognizable and not very Herostrata, but at the end of the gallery.

In the process of working on the project, following the concept of duality of the work, the task was solved with the separation of two types of text, which should have been well read regardless of the turn of the book. So two columns with big gaps were invented in a critical article lying horizontally in the book to maintain readability. While for the main text, there were no problems with readability in the format.

task: To develop a catalog for the exhibition «Kharms: Life Out of Focus» at the Anna Akhmatova Museum. solution: Since the exhibition presented the life and work of Daniil Kharms and the OBERIU poets without focusing on the brutality they ultimately faced, the catalog was designed to reflect a light, non-oppressive perspective on their lives. It features the exhibition’s exhibits, accompanied by the full, verbatim texts from the exhibition’s guided tours. The publication also includes archival manuscripts that were on display.

Concept: The exhibition is dedicated to the early 20th-century Russian poet Daniil Kharms and his associates—the poets of the OBERIU group. The catalog contains the exhibition’s featured items, curatorial commentary, a guide to the exhibition space, and the OBERIU manifesto. The publication is further enriched by the inclusion of archival manuscripts by Daniil Kharms.To evoke the radical spirit of the OBERIU poets, the catalog features narrow margins and imagery related to the execution of their «elimination» (or «knock-out») tasks. Additionally, the use of slanted text for quotes and headings helps convey Kharms’s rebellious spirit, set against the stark, gray reality of the early 20th century.

The catalog also includes a collection of the poems mentioned throughout the text.
