Project Concept
This project presents a collection of bathroom accessories in a playful minimalist style. Plump capsule shapes, soft curves and clean colour blocks transform everyday objects into small sculptures.
The collection shares a consistent visual language: a glossy, enamel-like finish and simple cut-out details make every object feel part of a unified set.

a hand reaches in from the right, gently pulls a single tissue upward from the pink-and-red tissue holder, then releases it back into place. The tissue softly rises and settles with a slight bounce.
The collection includes a soap dispenser, a toothbrush holder, a soap dish, a tissue box and a towel hook.
Design Process
Using a moodboard and a reference board, I defined the collection’s visual parameters and explored them by generating sketches in Midjourney. I used photographs of materials as references to gain more precise control over the colour blocks and glossy, enamel-like texture.

Concept sketch
I then uploaded the sketches to ChatGPT and wrote a prompt to generate product images from different angles.
photorealistic product render from multiple angles: front view, side view, bottom view. White background, natural studio lighting, high resolution, detailed textures, no text.
Promotional Visuals
The collection is united by contrasting, pure, saturated colours. They reference modernist design and turn functional objects into striking accents in a neutral bathroom setting.
I used Nano Banana Pro to create the promotional images and advertising poster.
Minimalist bathroom scene with a glossy bright yellow cabinet, white square tiled wall background, colorful pastel plastic accessories arranged on top (matching the reference), soft studio flash light
Product-style flash close-up of a single towel hook mounted on mint-green square tiles, centered and sharply focused, clean minimal background, no text or logos.
Close-up editorial flash photo of a pastel soap dish with pink soap on a bright yellow sink, glossy white square tiles in the background, no text, no logos.
Frontal flash editorial photo of a glossy yellow cup with two toothbrushes (blue and red) on the right side of a bright yellow sink, pink-framed mirror and white tiles behind, no text.
Perfectly frontal symmetrical flash photo of a tissue holder centered on a minimal wall shelf against a bold pink bathroom wall, clean geometric composition, no text.
Frontal flash-style product photo with the soap dispenser on the shower shelf filling most of the frame, glossy white tiles behind it and pink shower fittings visible, no text.
Advertising Campaign
Bright flash fashion editorial in a retro pastel bathroom, high resolution, sharp focus, early-2000s point-and-shoot mixed with clean product styling. Mint-green sink and tiled wall, pink floor tiles.
Production Specifications
120 mm × 170 mm × 120 mm — soap dispenser 85 mm × 110 mm × 85 mm — toothbrush holder 120 mm × 25 mm × 90 mm — soap dish 135 mm × 150 mm × 135 mm — tissue box 60 mm × 90 mm × 35 mm — towel hook
Printing Technology — SLA/DLP 3D printing (photopolymer resin) — Layer height: 0.025–0.05 mm — Accuracy: ±0.1–0.2 mm (depending on the dimensions of the object)
Material: Photopolymer Resin (ABS-like Resin) — Requirements: resistance to moisture, temperature fluctuations and household chemicals, with sufficient strength for everyday use
Product Parameters — Check the models for self-intersections, correct wall thickness and proper fit at joints and connections — Minimum thickness: main elements — at least 3 mm load-bearing areas (hook, mounts and attachment points) — at least 4–5 mm — Account for coating thickness when specifying mating diameters and fits
Supports — Position supports so that they do not touch visible decorative surfaces
Post-processing (Enamel/Ceramic Effect) Remove layer lines and smooth the surface in preparation for a gloss finish — Sanding: 240 → 400 → 800 → 1200 grit — Apply a filler primer / levelling coat, then sand again — Paint in the collection’s colours — Finish: high-gloss clear coat (2K PU / UV-cured coating) to achieve the appearance of ceramic enamel — Surface: smooth, deep gloss with no orange-peel texture
Quality Control — Check dimensions and geometry, particularly fit, stability and mounting elements — Ensure there are no printing defects (visible layer lines, gaps or deformation) — Ensure there are no coating defects (bubbles, cracks, dust or matte patches) — Check for consistent colour and gloss across the entire surface — Test resistance to moisture and wiping with a soft cloth
The primary material is an ABS-like photopolymer resin, which provides strength and dimensional stability and is suitable for use in humid environments. To achieve an enamel effect, the objects are sanded and finished with a glossy protective coating. This gives the plastic a ceramic-like appearance and reinforces the collection’s consistent visual language.
Workflow
Create a moodboard and a reference board for bathroom accessories and materials, gathering visual examples of shapes, finishes (gloss/enamel), mounting details and colour combinations.
Use the references to develop a series of concepts and generate sketches in Midjourney, establishing a consistent design language and style for the collection.
Create the final 3D model in Hyper3D (https://hyper3d.ai/) based on the selected sketches.
Download the model in STL format and import it into Anycubic Photon Workshop. Run the automatic model check and repair any errors.
Set the scale, orientation and supports for printing.
3D-print the object, remove the supports, wash and post-cure it, then apply a glossy finish to create an enamel effect.
