On Body and Soul (Testről és lélekről) follows two emotionally isolated workers at a slaughterhouse who discover that they share the same recurring dream. They have delicate connection that contrasts sharply with the cruelty of their everyday surroundings.
This poster series explores the contrast between the film’s cold physical reality and the fragile emotional world hidden beneath it.

When creating the posters, I was guided by the idea of constant contrast in the film and some small details that caught my attention.

For example, such details as the limbs of the main characters and their hands.

Or how the contrasting details of each character form something in common, whether it be the embodiment of a deer in a dream or a piece of paper that was smooth in Maria’s hands and crumpled in Endre’s.

final poster and unfiltered illustration
In the illustrative poster, I wanted to try to capture my impression of the film’s contrasts. Therefore, it depicts Maria standing behind translucent curtains surrounded by the gloomy atmosphere of a slaughterhouse.
