CASE 1. PROMOTING THE «PUSHKIN MAP» PROGRAM
Krasnoyarsk Music Theater
Area of Focus:
Responsible for attracting a young audience to the theater through the «Pushkin Card» program—via the theater’s socio-cultural projects. I promoted the program through official channels, primarily social media, highlighting the opportunities and events available under the program. I recruited proactive media volunteers to cover the theater’s events. I appointed four young artists and directors of the theater as ambassadors for the program, tasking them with discussing the «Pushkin Card» on their personal pages. I supplemented the campaign with giveaways (such as Яндекс. Stations) among cardholders who purchased the highest number of tickets. One of the most effective projects was hosting career guidance lectures titled «Creator of One’s Destiny.» As a result, attendance grew steadily—by 4% monthly.
«Creator of One’s Own Destiny»
A lecture series covering the internal workings of the institution and real industry case studies, led by leading theater specialists. The project took place in theaters and universities across Krasnoyarsk—SFU, SibSU named after M. F. Reshetnev, KGPU named after V. P. Astafyev, and SGII named after D. Khvorostovsky. The project achieved a 68% attendance rate for the theater’s performances using the special promo code «PUSHKARTA.»CASE 2. SHAPING INTERNAL CORPORATE CULTURE
Krasnoyarsk Music Theater
Activity Highlights:
Established a unified internal communication system for the staff and developed a cohesive corporate culture for the theater. Revitalized the corporate group—a central channel for internal theater communications, featuring personal greetings for birthdays and work anniversaries. Organized welcome events in the entrance area timed to the start of the creative season, «February 23rd,» «International Women’s Day,» and other seasonal celebrations. Fostered the staff’s sports culture: organized the team’s participation in tennis and bowling tournaments, and hosted themed days such as «Siberian Day.» Organized social initiatives involving employees, including a humanitarian aid drive for the «Alkin Home» animal shelter. Initiated the staff’s participation in the nationwide civil and patriotic movement, «Immortal Regiment.» Formed and currently manage the theater’s volunteer movement. During my tenure, I organized over 60 in-house corporate events.CASE 3. PARTNERSHIP INTEGRATIONS

Objective
To secure supplementary funding through sponsorship partnerships.Result
I approached a representative from Alfa-Bank with a collaboration proposal and established a partnership that included placing sponsor brand elements throughout the theater grounds. I fully implemented all integration requirements: logo placement on posters in the entry zone, invitations, and informational inserts in program booklets for performances; placement of table tents in the buffet area; informational signs and mirror surface decals; featuring on the theater’s website under the «Partners» section; displaying video clips on screens; setting up roll-up banners in the lobby; and mentioning the bank via voiceover before performances. Separately, I launched a payroll project—a program offering debit cards to theater staff, complete with a motivational campaign in staff-only areas.

Coordinated the work of the organizers; Managed guest seating as well as the placement of camera operators and performers. Organized a post-show discussion—including seating, microphones, and discussion moderation.CASE 5. IMPLEMENTING A NEW FORMAT
Krasnoyarsk Music Theater
