The calendar contains popular dishes, which are prepared for traditional holidays in Japan, describing the meaning of food and customs.

To that end, I decided to take the image of the dish itself, and on that basis, to illustrate the layers of what and in what quantities of ingredients it was prepared.
The color palette refers to the coloured and diverse culture of Japan, and the curly typeface refers to the characteristic hieroglyphs.
Thus, the project includes 12 infographic posters that show: /01 in which proportion of the product is needed; /02 calculation of the cubu; /03 popularity of the dish during the year. A step-by-step recipe is also attached for convenience.
