TURNING IDEAS INTO VISUALS.

Hi, I’m Kseniia GrigorevaI’m a media designer working across brand identity, social media, book design, video, and editorial projects.I develop visual concepts that bring ideas to life through typography, imagery, and composition. Combining thoughtful design with a distinctive visual approach, I aim to create work that communicates clearly, tells stories, and leaves a lasting impression.Driven by curiosity and experimentation, I enjoy exploring different visual languages and finding creative solutions for each project.I’m open to new projects and creative collaborations with people who value thoughtful ideas, strong visual communication, and meaningful design.
MY DESIGN APPROACH
I explore the meanings behind everyday spaces, philosophical ideas, and cultural practices, translating them into visual narratives. My work combines conceptual thinking, research, and visual experimentation to reveal connections between ideas, images, and human experience.
01 / ZINE
Between the sky and the asphalt

This zine explores the balcony as a metaphor for our relationship with the past, excess, and ourselves.Through an everyday architectural element, the project examines how personal and collective memories accumulate within the spaces we inhabit. The balcony becomes a place where architecture meets human experience, inviting us to reconsider the familiar and discover deeper meanings within ordinary surroundings.

02 / EXPLAINER VIDEO
Why is it that today, a single mistake is enough to get you «canceled» forever?

What happens when recognition is reduced to likes and morality becomes a fear of being cancelled? This explainer video explores how philosophical ideas, from Hegel and Marx to Popper, provide a framework for understanding contemporary digital culture. By connecting philosophical thought with the pursuit of social approval and the fear of public condemnation, the project examines how our understanding of recognition and morality is transformed in the age of social media. Through visual storytelling, complex ideas become accessible, encouraging viewers to reflect on the social mechanisms that shape our behaviour today.

03 / BOOK DESIGN
The threshold of life and death

How are birth and death connected in the traditional cultures of Russia? This visual research book explores birth and funeral rituals across the peoples of Russia through ethnographic and visual sources, identifying structural and symbolic parallels between these two stages of the life cycle. The research examines recurring elements in ritual objects, spatial arrangements, textiles, food symbolism, verbal expressions, and musical practices. By comparing these elements across different cultural traditions, the project investigates how rituals surrounding birth and death reflect shared ideas about transitions between worlds. It invites us to reconsider birth and death not simply as opposites, but as interconnected processes within traditional culture.
