I’m a theatre and event artist who started with puppets. In my work old chairs and sieves become people, a basin of water becomes a pond and a theatre guard becomes a coat rack. This presentation collects five projects: puppets from found objects after Shukshin’s Chudik, an object theatre show about life and death, puppets after Dead Souls, a performative show for the Obraztsov Puppet Theatre and a lab sketch of The Snow Maiden. It’s for directors, producers and event teams looking for an artist who can build a world the audience believes in.
