Penthouses for the Sky View Apartment Complex
‘The earth is closer to the sky’ — this statement is able to describe the absolute superiority of these apartments in the best way possible.
Since last year, the team of the designers from the HSE Design Laboratory has been developing interior solutions for private and public spaces in the Sky View residential complex. The team designed most of the premises of the complex, starting with the shopping gallery, lobby entrances and elevator halls, and finishing with corridors on the floors and three types of residential apartments in several interior styles. Together with the customer the four styles for creating the interiors were chosen: luxurious art deco, apotheosis neoclassicism, dignified minimalism and a calm organic style. The selected styles are combined with each other and build a coherent composition in the interiors of the complex.
Designers paid special attention to the creation of the penthouses. The task of the Laboratory was to prepare design codes for all the types of spaces as clearly and efficiently as possible. This was due to the fact that absolutely all public and private areas of the complex will be rented in a ready-made format, and for the owners the only task will be choosing one or another style for their apartment.
Penthouses are a unique space that can inspire and surprise. This is a place where the stereotypes of housing are erased, a place with a lot of air and space, a place for a large family and close friends. There are only eight apartments of this type in four towers, each of which has access to a private roof terrace. This adds a special charm to the penthouses and allows you to create additional scenarios for everyday situations.
A resident is supposed to get a single complete image of all spaces, regardless of the sequence in which they are visited. In all this, a single design code to which the Design Laboratory devoted a lot of time should exist and be traced.
Planning solutions are thought out and verified to the smallest details, so that both the owners and guests of the apartment feel as comfortable as possible. The spacious living room, combined with the kitchen and the dining area, forms a single space that becomes the center of gravity of the entire apartment. In contrast, more secluded areas were designed — a fireplace room and a terrace, and the presence of three master bedrooms gives flexibility in accommodating a large number of people in the apartment.
