FloraFair on the Champ de Mars

The Champ de Mars in St. Petersburg is a beautiful park which is transformed by blossoming lilac in May. The abundance of vegetation, the presence of waterways and the reconstruction of the canal from the first module’s project inspired me to design FloraFair as a hydroponic structure. The fair will sell flowers, fast-growing seasonal vegetables, fruits, berries, and greens straight from the hydroponic garden. Cafes will serve burgers with vegetable meat and orange blossom extract. After a snack, full of vitamins and floral aromas, visitors may play petanque.
