The Flipsky Project is the development of a dynamic and memorized piloting for the Skybob-san brand. This project is designed to convey the sense of speed, gambling and freedom experienced by an athlete piercing mountain slopes on this unique mode of transport.

What’s a skeebub?

Skybob is a unique form of winter sport, a fast descent from a mountain on special sleigh. These sleds, also called skis, are designed remotely like a bicycle: a frame to which skis are rigidly attached, a steering wheel to control the front skiing seat and an amortized seat. Sportsmen who control the skiing are wearing a ski suit and special short skis on their boots, which help them maintain their balance and manoeuvre at bends. Skybobing is not just a way down a mountain, it’s a combination of speed, grace, and control. Specially trained trails allow athletes to travel more than 150 km/h, making this sport extremely exciting and spectacular.
Naming.
The name «Flipsky» emerged from a combination of two key words: «flip» and «ski». «Flip» refers to the sharp, manoeuvring curves that the scribb makes on the track, emphasizing its dynamism and control. «Ski» is a direct reference to skiing, an integral part of the design of the ski. Together, these words create a short, sound and memorable name that is easily associated with sport and speed.
The letter forms are inspired by the silhouette skeeb-san, with long skis
This option embodies the dynamics and energy inherent in the Skybobing, through the image of a snow whirlwind raised by an athlete. It focuses on the sense of speed and power that comes from moving along a snowy slope.

The third option combines semi-circular shapes that resemble mountain slopes and sharp angles like ice crystals, creating a contrasting image of winter nature.
This option simulates the athlete’s trajectories on the scibobe, reflecting sharp shifts in direction when the flags are bypassed.
This option is inspired by the finish line on the mountain slope, where letters are stylized to fly flags or ribbons on the finish line, giving a sense of speed and end of the race
The sixth logo mimics the footprints of the snowy landscape left by the skeebobists on the slope.

This option is a single, dynamic curve that simulates the trajectory of the scabobist on the path, where the letters merge into a continuous line, transmitting speed and manoeuvring. This style reflects the smoothness and sharpness of the curves, creating a sense of continuous movement on the slope.
This option uses a different slope of letters that symbolizes the position of the skeebist on the windows, where each letter leans in its own direction, simulating the movement of the athlete.
