The museum is located in the city of Valdai, Novgorod province, and is part of the Novgorod State consolidated museum. Not only does the museum have an extensive display of bells from around the world, but it also organizes many cultural events, such as lectures, guided tours, concerts, interactive exhibitions and master classes, which attract people of all ages.

The style was based on ropes using which the bell ringer plays on bells. All right, ropes become a symbol of the connection between man and music, past and present.
