Big Idea was born from this analyst: Glitch is not just a name for a coffee shop, but an entire ecosystem from another planet, a living world with its laws, dynamics, and friends. It becomes a center of attraction, a guide to a unique visual and emotional experience that distinguishes the brand from everyone else. That’s what started the idea of creating a lead character named Glitch and his friends.
